Founded in 2012 by Oleg Kolodii, 2Hot2Cold Ltd began by specialising in insulated conservatory ceilings, helping homeowners transform spaces that were often too hot in summer and too cold in winter.
Over time, it became clear that many conservatories required more than a ceiling upgrade — they needed a complete improvement in thermal performance. This led us to expand into full roof replacements and modern insulated systems.
As our work evolved, so did the scope of what we offer. Today, we also replace and upgrade wall frames, windows, and doors, allowing us to transform the entire space — not just the roof.
Now operating as both fabricators and installers, we maintain greater control over quality, accuracy, and consistency from design through to installation.

These include the LEKA Warm Roof, insulated roof panels, fibreglass (GRP) roofing, and fully insulated garden rooms and garden offices built using the LEKA Xi system.
